Subscriptions

Subscriptions are extremely simple here at BARE BAR. You can pause, cancel or modify your subscription at any time you choose. We're also on hand via email to help with any questions you may have.

When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries after your first subscription purchase. Our current time frequency settings on subscriptions is automatically 3 months, this can be changed after your first purchase via our Customer Hub. 

Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries as scheduled, unless changed by you.

To access your subscription after your first purchase, you will need to create an account via our 'Log In' link within our main menu. All you do is create an account using the email address you purchased with and set a password. Once logged in you will have access to your customer hub, where you can pause, modify or cancel your subscription. 

We have added the feature to enable you to swap the products you subscribe to, giving you full control & the ability to switch things up for your shower if you'd like a change.

We also send a courtesy email 3 days in advance of your subscription being due. We do this to make sure you're aware that your subscription will be processed within 3 days. This gives you the chance to make any changes to your sub before the transaction is processed.

Free Shipping & Prices are locked in at the time of purchase, but there may be situations where we need to increase our general retail prices. If any price changes affect your subscription, we will let you know at least 15 days in advance. Again giving you time to pause, modify or cancel your subscription.
